What should I say for my College Financial Aid?

I have applied for a financial aid at my college and after a long waiting list my application is being reviewed and asked to make an appointment with the person in charge.What documents should I take and what kind of question will I be asked.And how long will it take me to get my check after the appointment.And how much will I be getting I live in California and they are delaying all the grant specially in my college.There are about 2000 application to be reviewed.My EFC is 1800.Tks all 4 ur answer
