...to vegetables and other plants? So I didnt have time to do anything with my garden this year, and now theres weeds growing everywhere and it looks like a big mess, i dont expect to be able to grow anything this year but i took out all the weeds and cut down the vegetables and other plants. so my question is..what can i put in the dirt right now that will help keep the weeds away, but make sure my plants grow really good NEXT year? someone said cow poop or whatever but i dont really want to use that.
What should I put into my garden, to get rid of weeds but help give nutrients...
