What should I put for Salary Desired and Hours Available on a job application?

On my job application it asks me Salary Desired: ________
Would it be ok put "Any"?

It also asks me what hours I am available and I'm supposed put a time To and From for everyday of the week. Is it ok to put "Any" in all of the blanks?
