What should I paint for my Aunt?

ok so my aunts birthday is in 3 months, a good amount a time to paint a nice painting. Problem is, I don't know WHAT to paint. She likes moose and wolves and dragonflys. But wolves and moose are too hard and dragonflys look weird upclose. I was thinking of doing a monarch butterfly but I wanted to see into other options. Have any ideas?
