What should i name my Restaurant&lounge?

I am opening a two floor restaurant with a dining room and large bar on the first floor, and upstairs a lounge with a bar and party room. The food and decor will be Mediterranean. We are looking for something that has an upscale feel and trendy. We need to choose between "Valentinos" or "Toast"
Please give thoughts or advice on the name you choose, or if you have other suggestions.
