S silverbullet New member Jun 7, 2010 #2 You shouldn't need ANY lube on your bike seat. If you're wearing proper bike shorts, the fabric itself is low friction. For really long distances (100 miles +), you may want to use a personal lubricant such as BodyGlide INSIDE your bike shorts on your naked skin.
