what should i learn first adobe flash CS4 or AS3?

ok i have been looking around the internet and i have found both
tutorials for how to use adobe flash CS4 and tutorials for ActionScript 3.0
but i havent found a tutorial for how to make a flash game with both of them together
so what one should i learn first

i am a complete begginner
