I'm really interested in teaching special education. Now, I do have some experience working with kids with disabilities. I volunteer with a therapeutic horseback riding program, and I have really enjoyed it. But I realize that teaching would be quite different. I would really appreciate some information about the pros and cons of the profession. For instance, I've heard that there is a great deal of paper work. Is this true, and does it detract a lot from the job?
