What should I 'invent' for a history project?

We are working on the Industrial Revolution and I need some ideas of what to 'invent'. It just needs to be something realistic, and something I can draw. I don't have to actaully make it, but it has to be something that hasn't be created. Thanks!
 
Oh haha. We did this in 7th grade.

We made a clear paper plane with overhead sheets to pass notes across the class so the teacher couldn't see. But you could just draw it.

You can use that idea if you want.
