what should i get?

I currently have At&t vintage GSM service and after speaking with them, I've found they shut off most of the service to my area and since I have an old 32k sim card I can't roam into about half of the coverage in my area. Pretty much my service went from amazing to crappy everywhere in a matter of days.

I am out of contract and looking for a better or same plan as what I have now.

I currently have as a family plan for 4:

1200 anytime mins
nights and weekends starting at 7pm
mobile to mobile
free roaming
free long distance
voice mail
caller id
call waiting
call hold
detailed billing
and txt messaging for $4.99 on one line

total bill is about $125/$130 a month after taxs for all 4 lines togeather

Now I need the same or better features, prefer some kinda internet on one of the lines (unlimited), but I could live without it.

I also need 4 free or very cheap flip phones with cameras pref not to crappy. I am a motorola fan boy myself if that makes a difference.

So what does everyone suggest?
 
cingular or verizon would do what you're looking for with moto phones. sprint doesn't have much in the way of moto, but they let you add unlimited 'power vision' data for $15 ($7.50 each additional). Your location will make the biggest difference (coverage varries).
