what should i get done 1st for my 1996 toyota corolla?

rear shocks bad
battery hold down
trans flush fluid blackk
brake flush
cap rotor wire need replacement
fuel system service flush
drive belts
rear brake pulsatiion causing brakes to lock
 
If you do not plan to use this vehicle until all the items are repaired, then just start at the top and do everything one at a time until it's done. If you want to use the car before fixing everything, do your brakes first, then move on to your fluids, then the ignition system, belts, shocks, then last the shocks.
