What should I get, an Xbox 360 Arcade or Elite?

PLEASE READ: I am getting an Xbox soon, but wasn't sure which one to get. Could anyone please tell me the advantages of having an Elite, except, obviously, the Hard drive. Would I need to get any extra stuff for the Arcade if I wanted Live Gold? Is there any other stuff I might need for the Arcade that the Elite comes with???? And any other information you know about the Arcade and Elite. thanks for the help :D
 
i would say get the elite as arcade plus extras would cost more i had two 360's both went on to get the ring of death so invest carefully
 
You Should Either Get A Xbox 360 Go Pro Or Elite, I Say Go Pro Because You Can Upgrade It To A Elite! With Hard Drive Upgrade And You Can Change The Face Plate Of The Xbox And Get Black Controllers. So I Say Go Pro, Its Cheaper Than A Elite, Bit More Expensive Than An Arcade Because It Has More Features.

The arcade is just like the elite in all of the basics for xbox live and everything. Get the arcade if you dont plan on playing alot since it is cheaper. If you game alot and have the money then i would get the elite. They are newer and better built and lack some of the bugs that the arcade may have. All in all if you have the money to spare get the elite and if not just get the arcade. Both are xbox 360's which are the most bad ass system out there.
 
You should get an elite because of the hard drive. it also has amazing HD graphics. it comes with a cable to get HD sound. it comes with a cable for HD graphics that can be switched with the sound cable. its super fast and you can do a lot of cool stuff with it. The elite is more $ but its totally worth it.
