OK, I operate an canine rescue, but now I guess I take in homeless fish. The problem is it's been years since I had a tank set up and I had community fish back then, these guys are semi aggressive and I want to make sure I'm feeding them well,
Please Advise........My new rescued school consists of:

1 pleco
4 golden sharks
2 upside down catfish
1 shovel-nose cat

Currently I'm feeding them, tropical flakes, algae wafers, (2 different kinds, frozen brine shrimp gumdrops and frozen mysis.

Is this an OK diet? What else can I add to improve their diet. They are all pretty large fish all larger than 4-6". I currently have them in a 50 gal tank, I'm sure I'll need bigger.
I do not normally rescue fish, these were left in the garage of a house where I went to rescue an abandoned dog and the police officer asked if I would take the fish or they were going to have to "dispose" of them outside.

IF anybody knows of somebody in WASHINGTON state that would like to adopt them, please let me know!
