Some awkwardness, some pain. Go slow, have fun. Make sure you know this guy will be caring and gentle.
 
Make sure you pee right afterwards. I know that probably sounds weird to you, but your urine will kill most bacteria and whatnot which has been shoved inside you. You need to pee right afterwards to help prevent a urinary tract infection, and yeast or bladder infections.
