What should I expect during a Mediation meeting to discuss the final investigation? ?

I wrote a letter to my employer due to I believe a motivated racial discrimination. My employer immediately hired an investigator. Today they want me to come to talk about the investigation. I was told there won't be any retaliation.

I need tips what to expect during the meeting, and what questions I need to ask them, and what "not" to do, and what to do.
