B blueberry New member Dec 24, 2010 #1 I already eat SO much fruit, maybe too much, as well as vegetables, yogurt, rice etc but lately I've been unable to poop and when I try the sides of my stomach hurt a little. What foods should I eat more of, and what foods should I ignore? Thanks
