I generally don't work out in the morning, because when I do I find I don't have quite as much energy to put in as if I did it later. But, tomorrow the only time I have will be in the morning. What should I eat before working out, and how long do I have to wait afterwords? if I did eat, I won't have too much time to wait (like, max 40 mins-1hour). Also, my workout is pretty intense, one and a half hours of cardio/strength combined.
