...no time to exercise? I work full time and study full time and want to know what I should be eating. I sit in front of a computer every day and I'm starting to lose concentration and interests. I also notice my weight gain and I'm getting really angry and my self-confidence is decreasing so I need to eat properly.
What is some healthy thing I can eat and also most importantly what to drink/eat to help with the fatigue feeling. Currently I eat sushi and drink Boost Juice by asking them to stick all those booster in just because it's the closest option on my break.
