What should I eat if I am weight training and doing martial arts 5 days per week?

I'm 16 years old and I know my diet is horrible. I eat like total crap and I am still a skinny guy (5'11 145 lbs, 6% body fat) I take 3 martial arts classes per week and I weight train 2-3 days per week. I am trying to gain muscle and strength. I have been getting really SORE and tired after I work out, I know it's probably because my diet is really bad. How do I eat more healthy? Right now I pretty much eat Taco Bell, chips, soda and burgers. What should I eat instead? How many calories do I need? I will eat practically anything and I'm not picky. Suggestions?
