i love food and i am not so fat but i am gaining some and i do not want to gain any more
i have never exercised on my own time i have only at school so i am really bad at it
so please tell me how much to exercise and how to ( i cant run out side or any thing out of my own home but i do have this bike running thing my mom uses)
what should i eat for lunch dinner ect ...... but dont tell me to go eat vegs all the time i know u can eat good stuff and still be healthy so what are those STUFFF HELP !!!!
