ok so i just did exercise from 9:30-10:10...mainly a brisk walk but a little jogging in between for like 10 minutes i'd say. Its now 11:48 and i plan on eating around 12:30...so my question is should i eat something small for my breakfast like yogurt and fruit or can i eat eggs and bread? would that be too much? what should you eat after exercising?
