What should I do with my SAT Subject Test Scores?

I'm sorta in a dilemma right now. I have taken the ACT and got a 32 composite score, taken the SAT II (Subject Test) and now I am considering retaking the SAT II or take the SAT I. The next date for testing is October and that's the only test date from now until college registration, so I only want to take either SAT I or SAT II.

I am trying to get into a school like USC, UCLA, or Stanford, so I don't know if my subject scores will do any good for these schools. Here's my scores:

Biology E... 630
Mathematics Level 2... 760
U.S. History... 650

What do you think I should do? Should I retake the subject tests or take my first SAT I?
