I'm about to be a freshman at a college about 2 hours away from my house. I have my own car with the title under my name and my own insurance policy. I don't owe any money on the car but do pay for car insurance without assistance from my parents. So I'm not sure if I should discontinue my auto insurance and pick it up for summer or just keep paying the 171$ bill per month which is pretty expensive.. Especially as a college student. I live in MA and will continue to while at school but I just am not sure what my options are as far as money saving options. Any suggestions?
