...Newport News, Va? This company has lied to me repeatedly. Every time they tell me that the bed I purchased from them will be here it doesn't show up. I call them and ask them where it is and they give me another date. It still doesn't show up. My wife called them and the customer service lady told her she was a manager, and when we went down to the store the real manager said she was not a manager and she would never say that. The salesman who sold us the bed told us he was going to try to get us a temporary bed until ours arrived. When we went in to thomasville the manager told us that a temporary bed was unheard of. I asked them for a refund 3 times, and they told me that it was impossible for us to get a refund.
