WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN HE WONT EAT MEAT?

so my 1 yr old wont eat meat for like the past month or so and to night he wont eat green beans eather all he dose is put it onthe floor or spit it out he will eat hot dogs and chicken nugets and i hate making 2 diffrent things
i dont want to make him somthign diffrent then evey one every night and every meal should i just let him not eat and wate tell he wants to eat what we are eating?
