What should I do Volume II

Hey Enzo,
That same dealer forgot to tighten a couple bolts on the rear of my buddies CBR after a tire change. Luckily we noticed it before he lost the rear tire!! We rode over there together and my friend told the service guy about it (young service manager), the guy was a Dick!!! My friend was nice to him and was'nt making a big deal over it but that guy got defensive stating that his techs did not do it and that we must have screwed it up, I've got the best tech's in the business,!! This was during the time that they were bringing in the Ducati's. That guys attitude made up my mind for me!! It is Melillimoto or Daytona for me!! Sebastian is the man!!

What's up Bossman,

The parts people over there seem prety cool. But no way will they ever touch my bike again. And yeah I'm pretty sure the service manager is like 25 or so, Maybe a bit older but not much. I'm not sure what their thinking over there with so many young mechs. their new Ducati guy Sam seems O.K. but I doubt that I will ever go back there for service. I will try to spend some money there for parts and accessories just to help them along. If they can establish themselve''s maybe they can get it together. Only time will tell.

That's a great idea, along with the service request/invoice from the dealership who tightened my filter topped off my oil and reset my Serice Light. Come to think of it their damn lucky that I didn't get stranded somewhere and had to call Ducati Roadside Service to pick the bike up. It would have been even more embarrassing to the knucklehead that didn't secure the filter. If the filter would have blown the gasket oil would probably blown onto the rear tire likely causing an ugly consequence and a twisted and bent 1098S.

If they cant do a basic service right .....dont go there....do every one a favor and publish there name, so if you know and still go there is on yourself.....

also report to ducati.....not nice I know but some people only learn the hard way.....hip pocket.

I am not sure of the name but it is the only dealer in the Orange Park/ Jacksonville, Florida area. They only sold Suzuki's until a couple of months ago when they bought out the old Ducati Dealer down the road. Orange Park Powersports maybe.
