I use to cut, I quit about 2 months ago. What triggered me, was the stress of my parents saying if I got lower than an A, that I'd be grounded, no phone, & a beating. I am 14 & I am going into 8th grade. The reason I quit was because of the ugly scars, it got me nowhere & created more problems because then I had to worry about hiding scars 24/7. I also quit because I know I was stupid for doing it in the first place because there is people out there that are way worse. Now I have 1 cigarette a day(not always unless I know I am going to be stressed). But seriously, I know I got to stay strong so my question is: What are some things I can do in the morning to relieve stress? What are some things I can do throughout out the day to relieve stress?
