What should I do to my 2002 Toyota Seqouia? (Modifications)?

Silver 2002 V8 Toyota Seqouia, cloth interior, already have a Garmin GPS and XM. I have a $2,000 budget, thinking about things like and sick grill, grill guard, tail light guards, tint, sound system, dual exhaust etc.

Let me know what you think, besides keep the money. Thanks!
