I have a 1991 Dodge stealth r/t with a DOHC and no turbos it has fresh guts rebuilt motor tranny and a fresh ECU. What should i do for my first upgrade other then twin turbos and where can i buy it? i could hardly even find a programmer or chip and help is usefull thanks
