I spent a few days at The Tropicana in Atlantic City , New Jersey . It was a BIG hotel . A local mom and pop pizza shop had one of their people simply go from floor to floor and slip fliers under each and every door . It worked - I ordered from them ! Who knows how many others did that night , too?
Promote it, give out coupons and make special deals for people to be get to try it out and keep going after that. maybe have something that sets you apart from other pizza restaurants, live music, make your own pizza?
