What should I do to customize a 2008 Dodge Charger?

I need ideas to what I should get to customize my 2008 Dodge Charger SE. Don't tell me I should get the Hemi because I don't want top spend an extra $8,000. And the gas prices here in Hawaii are almost at $3.50. The Charger already has a pretty sound system with a stock amp and sub i believe. Would you guys suggest an upgrade in the sound system? I was planning on getting an exhaust kit. I need more ideas though. Idk if I should get rims either cuz that will slow down the car. give me your input. If you think I should trade it in for another car, I'd be happy to hear your choices, just don't give me any asian car makes, I want to buy American, maybe European. And no V8s. Thanks.
 
dont go for glitz/show with a different sound system or different rims

do something ...anything to find out what you can do to add horsepower to the measly 190 hp engine
change the chip? add a K & N air filter, ?can you supercharge it?
