I ordered 2 phones and service and then canceled the next day with T-mobile. The t-mobile operator told me that the phones would be canceled and that the UPS would stop the shipment. Two months after I received a bill for 240.00 for the two phone lines that were never even used. I called T-mobile and asked for an explanation and they said there was never a cancelation and that I must pay the 240.00. I am frustrated with their so called "customer service" I do not feel that I should have to pay.
