What should I do on spring break that will make me become a better football player.?

eat lots of protein to build muscle mass, drink milk for lean muscle, and work on explosiveness and lateral movement. being as i don't know what position you play, i can't help you beyond that.
 
I am now on spring break for 10 days. I now have time to practice football. What should be my daily routine to become a better football player over spring break. Is there also any nutrition tips that will help me grow bigger and healthier.
