What should i do?? My T-mobile Blackberry Pearl's calls are messing up?

On my T-mobile Blackberry Pearl the calls always get messed up..i call someone on my phone they answer, and i try to talk to them and they cant hear me and i cant hear them.. what should i do?? Should i switch to a different phone service or should i just get a new phone?? HELP MEE!!
 
Go up to t-mobile and see if they can't correct your phones problem. if it's the phone that's messing up they can send it in for a warranty claim and give you a backup phone till yours comes back fixed. Its definitely not the plan.. I would say its te phone but don't buy a new phone until you're certain that T-mobile wont fix it for free!
