Hey guys, I'm a teen and I am in puberty and stuff right now so i'm getting acne everywhere on my back and face, but I got one on my butt about a month or so ago and I guess at night (lol) or during some time I was scratching/picking at it and well last night I did it again and it started to bleed and well when I felt the wound or whatever it felt very tissuey(idk how to explain) but I don't know if it's suppose to be like that if I get a cut on my butt lol. Also there's like a black mark under the skin around it, I'm thinking it's a bruise or a mole thats grown (since I heard from my mom if u pick at cuts or something alot you can develope moles(this could be wrong?)).

I'm going to leave it for a week and see if the black thing and the cut grows because im quite scared because I think it could be cancer or a tumor :/

If you guys think you might know a solution or say go to the doctor can you recommend me what kind of a doctor? Like a dermintologist, or a family doctor, etc? Also since i'm a teen and i'm a pretty shy guy I don't really want to go to my derm or family doc since there girls SO if I did go I would probably go to a walk in doctor and make sure its a guy. ( I live in Canada Fyi).

Last thing I want to throw in is that it doesn't really hurt when I walk or anything just when I sit down really hard on it. (Before I cut it open it didn't hurt at all.)

Thanks for your time all and sorry for my crappy English.

You should definately get it checked out, and any doctor is fine though in would recommend a dermatalogist. You may think it's a pimple but in the area that it's at it is quite likely that it is an abcess and it may need to be drained by the doctor. The fact that you're even metioning a black mark is definately cause for concern, no need to stress over it you may have scratched it but you should get it checked. In the meantime i would apply an antibiotic ointment like polysporin or bactoban and keep the area clean. Hope i was of some help.
