What should I do if my car warranty says they dont cover the part?

I have a BMW 325i and i recently bought 3 months ago. I bought a year of warranty. The problem is when I went down to a BMW shop, they found out that my A/C blower is working abnormally. It turned on even though I took out the keys from the ignition. So they said theres a broken resistor or something inside the car. When the shop called the warranty company, they said the part is not covered. I mean is this right? should I call a lawyer? I payed about 1500 dollars for this warranty and I cant get a fixed for a cost of 500 dollars of repair?
