...diff. ISBN fm the list w/o retn? I listed my old textbook which is an Asian edition which is 100% same content with the US ones. The only difference is that it has a different cover and ISBN.
(I have already added to the description of item that it was an asian edition). It was yesterday that they sent me an email claiming that they are the textbook purchaser for institutionals and wanted me to issue them a full refund without returning the book. And they said they would follow amazon A-Z guarantee procedure if i refused to do so.
What should be the best thing I could do ? I feel it is not my fault since I got this book from amazon as well. I used it too without a doubt and now they asked me to refund them and not returning my book.
