What should I do here (college question)?

I'm 19 and a 2nd year student in community college.

In my senior year in high school, I had big plans to go to a university and room with a friend of mine. I was accepted into that university, but, in the end, I couldn't raise enough money to go and went to community college instead.

During my first year there, the time when I could've and should've done everything right, I instead made the mistake of scheduling myself for 35+ hours per week at my job and brought both that job and college downhill. I ended up with a 3.1 GPA at the end of the year - although that may seem alright, it is pretty bad considering my high school GPA, and I'm not likely to get all the aid that I need when it comes time to go to university because of it.

I made a further mistake of trying to transfer to another community college to move out of my parents' house. Eventually, the "apartment" that I was going to live in there turned into my grandma's house, and none of the jobs I applied and interviewed for there worked out for me. Also, only 6 of the credits from the college near my hometown ended up transferring after waiting for 4 months on my transcript, so now I'm either forced to move back or do it all over. On the small plus side, I'm getting good grades at this other college.

I see myself as having 2 options really: (1) Move back to my hometown, and graduate from my local community college with a lower GPA that probably won't get as much in aid, or (2) Throw away that whole year of credits that I earned (that didn't transfer) and go to the further away college until I graduate, then hopefully transfer with enough aid. My aunt suggestd

I don't even know what I want to do yet in terms of a major or career, so making a decision based on that doesn't seem right either.

Thanks in advance if anyone can give any advice.
