What Should I Do For Pre Season Track?

I ran the 400m in 53.0 and the 200m in 24.1 as a 14 year old freshman. I'm currently running Cross Country at 16:45 for 3 miles (Even thought I'm a sprinter). So, I'm wondering. If 400m is my primary and 200m is my Secondary race in Track And Field, how should I train during the pre season? Also, what foods/nutrients should I regularly consume.
