My dog has this problem where she constantly scratches even when there are no fleas or ticks. We thought it might have been mange, but we took her to the vet and they said it wasn't mange. I don't know what to do. She is literally ripping her skin apart and making herself bleed, and I don't know what to do in order to stop her. Please help.
