if you dont want to spend too much money stay home or go to a friends house!
just order some pizza and chill with some music
ask around for an iHome and plug in some tunes
(you dont need an iPod, a cd player will hook up with the right cable that comes with the iHome)
a stereo works too but they can be hard to lug around
maybe even the right DVD player
make sure to have soda and play funny games if you get bored
stay at home parties are great and inexpensive and you dont need to ask your friends to pay for their own tickets cuz you dont have the money(which i did for my 16th lol)
