First off I'll start by saying I'm 16. Okay so I have been dating this guy for 2 years, I care a lot for him but my parents hate him. He isn't a bad guy or anything they just dont like the idea of me dating. This week I'm volunteering at an animal shelter and he wants me to go with him on wednesday instead of volunteering...I havent asked my parents for permission but I know they will say no. Should I go with him or should volunteer (and follow my parents rules)?
I know following my parents rules is the "right" thing to do...but I just never get to see him if I don't break their rules. If I get caught I'll probably get grounded for a month, so it wouldnt be that bad.
