Recently, me and my brother were taking our dog for a walk, and we saw a bicycle on the side of the road. It looked like garbage, but we weren't sure, because there was no other garbage with it. So, I rang the doorbell, and a woman answered and she said it was garbage. She said I could have it. When I was talking to her, someone that I knew popped in the door and said hello. So we took the bike. However, the guy that I knew told my boyfriend to tell me that he wants his bicycle back, and he wasn't supposed to give it away. He didn't give it to me, I took it from the garbage, where anyone else wound have just taken it. He said it was a misunderstanding, and in his email. he made it sound like his bike. The way I see it, is that the bicycle now belongs to me and my brother. Should we just give the bike back, sell it to him, or something else?
What should I do about this bicycle?
