What should I do about these spirits?

I know a lot of people don't believe in the super natural or spirits but I do and I've seen them. I'm 18 years old, in college, rooming in an old funeral home. A lot of strange things happen here. I see shadow people, they invade my dreams, things get thrown around or moved, you here foot steps going up and down the stairs when no ones there, the foot steps following behind you when you go up or down the stairs, but the most "real" thing happened last week. I had just gotten out of the shower, dried off, and had dried my hair with a blow dryer in my room. All of a sudden I felt something on my chest, I looked in the mirror and saw a water drop running down my chest. I checked my hair, it was completely dry. I looked at the ceiling and it wasn't leaking. I looked back at the mirror and two more water droplets came out of no where. It seems like maybe these spirits might want help or to talk. Should I make contact with them?
