What should I do about sex with bf?

I'm 17 and my bf wants to have sex. I said no but he he says yes. so its getting annoying plus he talks to other guys so I know he'll sex me up then dump me. His best friend likes me too and wants to threesome but I ignore. What should I do. These boys are driving me nuts.
 
dump..he obiously just wants you for sex is that ok with you? dont ever have sex with him keep saying no and see if he sticks around(he wont)

Dump his a** before he does it to you! He does not sound like the kinda guy you'd wanna have sex with, if you reckon he'll dump you then go bragging about it to your friends.
You should only have sex when YOU are ready hun, otherwise you may regret it or it will just be horribley sh*t
