My future sister-in-law is getting married in August. She is full of her self and is VEEEERY high maintenance. I offered to throw a girls shower for her (since no one else in the family is, NOT EVEN HER MOTHER or her ex maid of honor (her sister) who decided the dresses were ugly and didnt want to be in the wedding). Anyways, she emails me this NASTY email saying how she basically doesnt like the shower I want to throw her (even though she already told me twice that she did). Then she tells me that nothing is planned and that she is just going to have her mom throw her a shower instead of me (even though I JUST talked to her literally 2 days ago). I dont know how to handle this. I thought a shower was supposed to be a nice gift....am I in the wrong????.....
