I go to the gym 3 times a week, and now that I have some concerning GCSEs coming up in June/July, Im worried that I will lose my developed muscle if I sacrifice going to the gym for revision at home, because I really want to do well within this exams; in order to obtain a good upcoming future.
So what should I do? Workout at home? :/
