I'm only bringing home about $2700 a month after taxes right now, with the economy being down and all. (I used to make almost twice as much, thank you car industry!)
My mortgage is about $1100, (I've already had my bank modify it.)
My credit card bills amount to around $1000, (5 cards, $50k balance, whoops)
Car insurance is $250 a month.
My wife's car costs $430 a month (I want her to have something reliable, can't have her breakin down.)
My old Camaro is paid off, so thats not a problem, but I need it to get to work, so I can't sell it.
My wife has her teaching degree, but is out of work right now because nobody is hiring. She is doing babysitting jobs and subbing, but that's not quite doing the job.
We can't keep living off the credit cards, buying gas and food and paying utilities on them (add about another $600), so I'm not sure what to do.
