I am 15 years old and am middle class. I go to a private school but on a scholarship. On the weekends I take special classes for kids who want extra help but cannot afford a tutor. I am not failing school, but in order to maintain my scholarship I need to take this class. There is a guy in this class I really like alot. We have known each other for 3 years and he is really nice and sweet. He is in a much worse financial situation than me, though; he goes to a public school and cannot afford most of the things my family can. Another girl in the class happens to have alot of money and everyone makes fun of her. I am afraid that If I date this boy, he will find out I have more money than him and either not want to date me (thinking im snobby or something like that) or the other kids will find out and make fun of me. What should I do? I like him but I dont want to be "that rich kid".
