What should I do about my ankles when I exercise?

I started running/jogging and it's killing my ankles. I have really weak ankles from twisting them a lot, at this point it hurts quite a bit. I'm exercising for 2-2.5 hours every day. Do you have any suggestions on how to cut down on the pain? I've been wrapping them but it's still painful.

if you are going to tell me to cut down on the exercise then don't, if that's the only option then I'll deal with it.
